Where are your happiness gaps?

Finding where you struggle is the first step toward joy.

Our happiness philosophy centers around the teachings of the Beatitudes. Everyone naturally excels in some areas and struggles in others. The key to long-lasting joy is to find your happiness gaps – these are the areas where you have room for improvement.

to discover the areas most in need of transformation.

Bridging your happiness gaps starts with identifying your strengths.

With the Real Happy Assessment Tool, you’ll use a simple quiz to identify which Beatitudes you have natural strength and weakness in. You will end up with scores for each category, with the highest numbers representing the areas most in need of transformation.

For example, you may find that you struggle with:

“Meek”

You may have trouble limiting your anger and relinquishing control of your life to God.

“Mourn”

Sadness and grief feel like signs of weakness and you struggle to show emotion.

“Merciful”

You focus on how you have been wronged and believe in justice over God’s mercy.

Once you’ve scored yourself for each Beatitude, you can follow up with the corresponding chapter in Real Happy to discover how to transform your struggles into genuine joy.
